Black Circle Coffee and Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

With the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic now affecting people worldwide, we decided to answer some of the questions you might have regarding how this could affect your next delivery.

We are committed to providing you with transparent and clear information, and we are updating this page regularly with any new information that comes to light.

As such, it is unlikely that we will be able to provide you with any more information than what you’ll find below if you contact us directly. Of course we are always here to help you with any other queries!

Will my order be delivered?

Quite simply, yes.

We have all measures in place to ensure you will keep receiving your coffee whether you are a subscriber or a new customer. However, due to the recent circumstances, as like many other food and drink companies we've had a very high demand in orders and this has had a knock on effect on our carriers and fulfilment times.

Will there be delays in my delivery?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 3/4 working days.

Please be assured we are working super hard to get your order out to you as quickly as we can! Please refer to the information provided in the order confirmation and shipping emails you receive when you place an order with us as usual if you'd like to change your delivery preferences such as your shipping address.

Are you going to run out of stock?

We have seen an increased demand for our coffee, but don’t panic! We are on top of this and doing our best to plan to provide all products consistently and reliably.

You might see some blends and products becoming temporarily unavailable. We are doing this to manage the stock and ensure that as many of our existing subscribers as possible keep receiving their orders, while we focus on keeping our main products available.

Is your coffee suitable for stock piling?

All our coffee is roasted fresh to order weekly and we would ask that all our perishable items are not stockpiled as they will deteriorate in a short space of time. The suggested maximum storage timings for coffee from us is 8 weeks but in theory a sealed bag of beans can last for much longer (we dont suggest this is the right option though).

Is Black Circle Coffee the right thing to buy for Coronavirus?

We think it's always a good idea to have healthy, convenient food on hand when you are low on food or time—pandemic or not! Black Circle Coffee is a great option in any case as it is a higher premium product than a lot of other options.

Are Black Circle Coffee sales increasing?

Yes, we are experiencing high demand at this time with sales exceeding forecasted expectations - we are attributing some of this directly to the virus. 

Are you providing any discounts due to the Coronavirus?

We do not offer any discounts specifically due to the Coronavirus. We do however offer our usual discounts which includes subscriptions and generic random discounts you can choose from when purchasing with us.
