We ship all orders via courier. After placing your order, your items will be usually handled / dispatched on the next available working day (we do not ship over the weekends or on public holidays in the UK).
Some non coffee items may be dispatched via third party vendors to ensure delivery on time and to avoid delays (This will not include any coffee product as these are sent from us only)
Please note we do not allow pick up / collection from our offices.
Orders over 5kg in weight may take at least an additional 2-3 days following dispatch. All items are sent with a maximum of 2 days handling time
There's nothing we hate more than a 'while you were out' slip from the Royal Mail, so we will try and leave your order with a neighbour or in a secure place if its not able to be physically posted at the time for whatever reason. Please ensure you leave instructions for delivery drop off should you not in in to accept the delivery yourself.
How long does shipping take in the UK?
If you’re ordering within the UK you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.
How long does shipping take ROW?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK you can expect to receive your order within 5-12 working days.
How much are your shipping costs to a UK address?
Our standard UK shipping rate is free with a courier delivery service. Other options may be available at the checkout for additional charges
How much are you shipping costs out of UK?
Our international tracked shipping charges start from £8 depending on where in the world you are. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
I still haven’t received my order, when can I expect it?
If you’re having issues with your order or haven’t received your order please email email@example.com with your order number and someone from our team will be able to investigate or simply add your information into our online order tracker on the website
